I work in corporate America and you are so, so right in saying that the small people are getting ’squeezed by corpoartions demanding more and more and paying less and less.’ to paraphrase what I heard. Corpoarate greed is rampant, moreso than I have ever seen. Its throughout our country; Capitalism on steroids.

I worked in Las Vegas when it was the greatest city in Nevada or the US for that matter, 1955-1967. It Had Class. Now it’s little more than an amusement park for little kids and their nurotic mommies. The Tropicana was owned by Frank Costello where I worked and we were refered to as the Tiffany of the Strip. Now it’s a FRIGGIN DISSASTER ZONE with penny players in cheap garb. THE CLASS LEFT WITH CIRCUS CIRCUS AND THE STEVE WYNNS of Vegas, and with it so did VEGAS forever!

I live in WV and the table games start in June and the expectations to obtain market share are huge.Why fly when you can drive an hour. We are 70 miles from DC. For many, the idea that our political representatives are spending our nation and our people into oblivion is pretty much unfathomable. Most people don’t even want to think about the consequences of what our Congress has been doing to us. Both Bush and Obama have referred to what we are dealing with as a house of cards. Obama even stated on TV that we are bankrupt. What happens next is anyone’s guess. My guess is that we are heading into even worse times ahead.

I agree. Things …
I agree. Things are improving in terms of more people every day waking up to the true issues facing our nation. Most in the media and the government refuse to report on these things, which is why we need to continue spreading this message ourselves. Sometimes it does seem as though we are surrounded by crazies, but I think what they really are is simply afraid. Their fear is definitely justified, but things will only get worse unless people start deciding to face those fears.
