foreclosure eviction notice?

some realty guy came to my house today, left a note saying the house i am renting out is being foreclose, how long do i have till i m forced to move out? all i need is another 2 and a half month at the house and everything will be okay, the eviction note is just a paper with century 21 on it, saying the house is being foreclose nothing else please help :(

that happened to me also. usually they will say when the house is being auctioned.
if you signed a lease you are obligated to keep up your side of the lease (paying the rent)

im not sure what would happen if the auction date was before you moved out.

I signed a 3 month lease and i got the notice on september 1st and the auction was to go on october 17th. and our lease ended on september 30th and we just took off.

first thing you need to do is DONT PANICK!
trust me! i panicked and it just made it so much worse.
kay now what you need to do is, go to this website:

When you get ahold of them you need to tell them what exactly the paper says and they will be able to give you legal advice from there.
thats what i did, if i remembered what the guy i talked to said i would tell you but it probably wouldnt matter because these issues and laws vary from state to state.

How long does your first period last for?

I got my first period today and it’s realty heavy. I am a healthy 14 year old. I do sports everyday of the week if that helps. Please tell me how long your first period was and how long my is likely to be.

It’s different for everyone, so there is no way of predicting it. Mine was like 2 days but the first year is really irregular, uneasy to predict.

The most popular Comenius’ sentence is: “ to teach all things to all people”. It mean that all people must have the opportunity to understand the aim of reason and of everything. He wanted the mixted classes, without social and sexual distinctions. So his tought anticipated things that today are realty. Also the Comenius’ school gave importance to the study of the language. So the student had an equipment of word that was very important for his future. Besides the school for Comenius was an “humanity’s workshop”.

This is a very good attempt but there are a few points you need to be aware of; you have used "the" in a few places where it is not required, some of the phrases are literal translations from Italian which don’t make sense in English so I have made a guess as to their meaning.

My landlord (who is also a realtor) has not returned my deposit. What should I do?

I have filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau, but she has closed her realty company. She now works for Century 21. My father ran into her two weeks ago and she told him that she was sending the deposit to me (I moved out of state). My fiance called her today and she told him that she was not giving us our deposit because of how we acted before we left. Back story– Our lease ended on April 14th. She asked us if we would pay a full months rent ($800.00), and then when she sent us our deposit she would also send the prorated rent amount (so she would send us a total of $1200.00). This sounded stranged to me so I told her that I would only pay the prorated amount ($400.00) per our lease agreement. The lease states that she must return my deposit within 30 days. It has been 40. I have pictures of the place before we moved in and after we moved out. We paid our rent on time every month.

A landlord cannot keep your deposit because they did not like you or your attitude. It sounds like you will have to take her to court to get your money back. You may want to check out this link in which you can ask laywers for answers to legal questions online. It is free to ask questions.

Realty Not Disclosing Info?

I spent 3 weeks looking for a place with and without my realtors help, and then she showed me this beautiful condo. I decided to purchase the condo within the next week, and it became mine. Everything seemed to be going ok, and my parents and I have been fixing it up. It is almost finished, but a couple of days ago, we found out that the Culligan water softner is not included on the condo (even though we bought the condo "as is"). We found this out because we called culligan to do a repair or come look at it because it was not working, and found out it was not ours, but theirs (which couldn’t be repaired unless bought or rented through them). Now I am really upset because through these 3 weeks, the realtor did not say that it was not included…. and if she did, we would have lowered the offer price by $700 or so. Then my mother called the Real Estate company and talked to the realtor (which was no help, because she was not willing to help). So my mother called her boss, and she said she would be calling back (and my mom had to call HER back because she never did). Then the "boss" said that she would talk to the realtor and the closing agent and call her back today (SUPRISE, she never did). I am curious as to know whether the real estate company is liable for not disclosing the information that the water softner was not included on this property [(Which was foreclosed)]. We also had an inspector and title search done on the property to make sure everything else was ok. And is the better business bureau related to this matter? Or the attorney general for the state of ND through consumer protection?
I never checked what the consumer protection was about. I just heard about them a couple of hours ago from my ma. It seemed worth looking into. Of course I would not complain about cable not being there, but it’s the fact culligan never got that out of there and the real estate agency did not either…or tell us about it!

The agent is only liable if they knew the softener was rented. You would have to prove they knew.

I am not sure that the 700 you think it is worth as a used softener (I doubt it is worth that) would be worth going to court over.
